• Exclusive Friday to Sunday Access: check in Friday at 10:00am and check out Sunday at 11am. No overnight stays allowed.
• Maximum capacity in the barn: 200 guests. However, larger events are accomodated by extending the barn’s footprint with a tent.
• River Barn: Our main event Barn is dressed with custom chiffon ceiling drapes, fairy lights, and unique antique pieces that can be used for wedding cakes, bar, drink station, grooms cake, gift table, and more.
• Bridal Suite: A dedicated suite for the Bride and her bridesmaids to gather and dress before the ceremony. Suite is air conditioned and has attached restroom.  
• Groom Suite: A newly completed room for the groom’s party to dress, and relax before the ceremony. Suite is air conditioned.
• Parking and complimentary parking attendant to greet your guests as they arrive (wedding day only).
• Tables & Chairs: 175 white resin chairs, 25 60″ round tables (seating 6-8), 5 6′ rectangular tables.
• Restrooms: Two permanent restrooms. 
• Your choice of ceremony site: Multiple areas for ceremony sites. A few of our favorites are the River Lawn and the Grove of Trees.
• Wedding Rehearsal: Use of OUAF complex for wedding rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, at no extra charge.
• Fire Pit & Firewood: Complimentary wood provided to burn for two hours. *Fire pit attendant and S’mores bar available for an additional fee.
• Cafe String Lighting provided throughout the property.
• Landscaped Grounds.
• Photo Shoot Access: Two hours access to Once Upon a Farm for bridal portraits, engagement sessions or save the date (can be scheduled after booking).
